Hilloween is an annual free street party outside of Eastern Market (7th Street SE from North Carolina Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue SE). This year it will take place on Friday, October 28, from 5:30-7:30 pm and feature a hay ride, face painting, crafts, a photo booth, music, and a lot more.
For the third year, CHRS will host a children’s activity table with temporary tattoos and beads to string. This is a grand opportunity to let our neighbors get to know us and the organization we represent.
