The 2018 Dick Wolf Lecture will be presented at Hill Center, 921 Pennsylvania Ave SE at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2018.
The Dick Wolf Memorial Lecture is an annual event to showcase excellence in research and writing on the planning, design, and historic preservation of Washington, and commemorating the life and legacy of Dick Wolf.
A call for papers has been issued. The deadline for submitting papers or projects for consideration will be Monday, January 15, 2018. The selection committee will announce their selection in early February. The winning candidate-lecturer will be awarded $1,000 and will present his/her work at this event. A reception will immediately follow the presentation.
The event is free and handicapped-accessible and the public is encouraged to attend. No reservations required.
The lecture will be preceded by a brief membership meeting at 6:30 p.m.
